Quality Control
At Toni Zippers, we adhere to strict quality control and prompt delivery of our range of products to offer our clients complete satisfaction. Our every lot of CFC and Metal Zipper passes through specific quality and tensile test such as chain crosswise strength and reciprocating test cycle. For sliders, we have our in-house production of zinc and it’s tested through Spectrometer to ensure high-quality of raw material is used in manufacturing various designs of sliders.
Lateral Load Test / Chain crosswise strength(per 2.5cm)/ Lateral Strength Test:
To determine ordinary zipper strength: a zipper chain is interlocked, pulled at a fixed speed at a right angle to the chain interlocked direction, and the resistance is measured.

Reciprocal cycle test:
To test the aging of zippers by running a specified number of cycle while under lateral and longitudinal tension. Our machine is used for zipper in a strength process of lateral and longitudinal, it could be test its bearing ability in reciprocating motion for a regulation time. When test, this tester lead the puller of zipper in an equal-speed to do the reciprocating motion for certain number of times of per min & least until regulated times up.
